Hey everyone! I know it's been a while since I've written to you. Things have been pretty
nuts around here. Lets see.. I'm now in college here in PA (Majoring in Psychology). It has
been a bit overwhelming but I'm learning how to handle it more and more each day. It's a
lot of reading/studying and I'm more independent in my schoolwork. It's definitely nothing
like I expected. My record is still moving forward. I've been practicing with a band for live
shows on Monday nights at a rehearsal hall downtown. I have to admit, my life has
revolved around the Eagles for the past 2 weeks and I was literally almost in tears at the
end of the super bowl last night. I really thought this would be our year. Oh well, maybe next year.
Speaking of the super bowl, a funny thing happened the other day. My dad called me at 8am
one morning last week and told me that he was on hold on the other line with Angelo Cataldi
from WIP and they were looking for someone to sing the national anthem at the wing bowl on
Friday morning. I thought it would be soo cool to sing in my hometown, so after aout a half hour my dad
called me back and told me to wait by my cell phone. The shows producer asked for my phone
number to call me and put me on the air to sing a few notes. So I waited for about an hour and
a half with no phone call. I turned on WIP and they gave the job to a 6' blonde because
''Lindsay Pagano never called us back''. I guess it was some kind of miscommunication.
A little ironic huh? It would have been fun, but whatever. There will be other events. Just thought
I'd share. lol.
